Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased from our boutique, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

Maya Lee Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

We apologize if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process. Please send us an image within 2 days of arrival so we can look into it.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached (if applicable) . FINAL SALE ON ALL BODYSUITS

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse.Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Please note, returns may take 5-7 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code


For International orders: It is your responsibility to pick up your package from your local post office if your country does not allow delivery to your home. We will notify you once your package is ready for pick up. IF you do not pick up and your package gets sent back to us SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
